2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe and display our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Fresh baked goods are made daily in limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.3 Custom Orders

Custom cake and pastry orders require advance notice and a non-refundable deposit. Specific terms for custom orders will be provided at the time of order placement and must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon pickup or before delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Commercial accounts may be eligible for invoicing with approved credit terms.

3.3 Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be added to all orders as required by law.

4. Orders and Delivery

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by FLOUR BOWL LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pickup and Delivery

Orders may be picked up during regular business hours. Delivery is available for certain orders with associated delivery fees. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to you or the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be canceled before preparation begins. Custom orders may be canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full order amount.

5.2 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or pickup. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not automatically provided and are at our discretion.

6. Food Safety and Allergen Information

6.1 Allergen Disclosure

Our facility processes common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies when ordering.

6.2 Food Handling

Once products leave our facility, we are not responsible for improper storage or handling. Please follow all storage instructions provided with your purchase to ensure food safety and quality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FLOUR BOWL LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOUR BOWL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLOUR BOWL LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
